The gameplay capture is ours. The games, their art and their trailers belong to their publishers.
This is a free site run by a small team. It is offered as it is, and it can change.
Watch Gameplay is operated by Metalyk. Using the site means these terms apply to you.
If you do not agree with them, the answer is simply not to use the site.
An account is optional. Everything you can watch, you can watch without one.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
One person, one account. Do not sign up on behalf of somebody else.
We can suspend or remove an account that is being used to abuse the site or the people on it. We will tell you why.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will.
The walkthroughs and captures published here are ours.
The games, their cover art, their screenshots and their trailers belong to their publishers. We show them. We cannot license them to you.
Game facts come from IGDB and are credited in the footer of every page.
What you may actually do with any of it is set out on the usage guidelines page, in plain yes and no terms. That page is the rule, and this one does not repeat it.
Do not re-upload our footage and present it as yours.
Do not scrape the site, hammer it with automated traffic, or try to break into any part of it.
Do not use the search box, a comment or a profile name to post something abusive, illegal, or aimed at a person.
Do not try to reach data that is not yours.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that every fact on it is correct, or that a video will still be there tomorrow.
Much of what you see is supplied by other people. IGDB provides the game data, publishers provide the art, and creators publish the videos. Any of it can change or disappear without our involvement.
We are not responsible for what is on another company's website, including anything you reach after leaving this one.
None of this limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
Store and official links open a page here first that tells you where you are about to go. Once you continue, you are on somebody else's site under their terms.
Videos play here through an embedded player. Once you press play, YouTube's terms apply to that video.
These terms change as the site does, and the date at the top moves with them.
