Wallpapers
Allowed: Download and use them on your own devices: desktop, phone, tablet.
Allowed: Print one for your own wall.
Allowed: Pin them to Pinterest. Every wallpaper has a Pin button for exactly that.
Not allowed: Sell them, or bundle them into wallpaper packs and apps.
Not allowed: Pass them off as your own captures.
Video clips
Allowed: Use short clips in reviews, essays, and commentary, with credit and a link back to the channel.
Allowed: Share links to any video, anywhere, any time.
Not allowed: Re-upload full videos, on YouTube or elsewhere.
Not allowed: Use the footage in monetized compilations without asking first.
The fine print
The games themselves, including their artwork, characters, and music, belong to their publishers. Watch Gameplay captures and edits the gameplay, and is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment or any publisher. If you want to do something these guidelines don't cover, just ask.
